3D Printed Doll with Moving Ball Joints

This intriguing 3D printed doll was created by Eric Van Straaten on an Objet 3D printer. As you can see, the doll features a number of moving ball and socket joints. This is another nice example of the power of inkjet-based 3D printing which can create hinged or moving parts as part of a single printed whole  – something that normally would require manual or machine-based assembly.
