One of the main challenges in 3D printing is to produce prototype parts that can be tested and used in the same way as the final product. Very interesting post. One thing I would mention is that its not really a completely “functional” flashlight as the elctrical path from batteries to the switch – bulb/LED is not created by the printer if I understand this correctly.
Nevertheless seems like a breakthrough – thanks for posting it.
