Objet Launches Largest Ever 3D Printer – Objet1000! (Video)

We’re live blogging from Euromold 2012, where Objet have today released their largest-ever 3D printer – the Objet1000.

This system features a 1000 x 800 x 500 mm build volume – this is an astonishing 10 times the build volume of the next largest system from the company – the Objet Connex500.

The Objet1000 is also a full Connex machine – offering a choice of more than 100 different materials, including ABS-like Digital Material and up to 14 different material combinations within the same model.

The system is ideal for producing big,1:1 scale models in industries that make large end-products such as cars, airplanes, household appliances, defense systems, industrial machinery and more.
