Stratasys and Adobe Team Up to Demonstrate Gradient Color 3D Printing for Design and Manufacturing

Stratasys and Adobe have a shared vision to enable designers and engineers to produce more realistic looking, colorful 3D printed prototypes and models.

In this exclusive demonstration of Photoshop CC filmed at the Stratasys booth at EuroMold 2014, Mike Scrutton, Senior Product Development Manager for Adobe, explains how the popular software was used to effortlessly design and prepare files for a Stratasys 3D Printer. In this example, Mike uses an airplane model to demonstrate how to create smooth gradient colors and advanced textures. The colors Mike sees on the screen are the same colors that were actually produced on the Objet500 Connex3 Color Multi-material 3D Production System from Stratasys.  Watch it now to see how it works!
